Anti-CD55 Antibody

Raised in rabbits and affinity-purified against a recombinant human CD55 immunogen, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com detects endogenous total CD55 protein and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The 50 µl aliquot is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, with reactivity confirmed on human samples and reported cross-reactivity toward mouse and rat tissue in the supplier datasheet.
