Anti-CD5 Antibody [H22-E]

CD5 is a 67 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the majority of peripheral T lymphocytes and a small B-cell subset (B1a), and it is retained on many lymphoid malignancies including CLL and mantle cell lymphoma.

This rabbit monoclonal antibody, clone H22-E, is directly conjugated to FITC and validated for flow cytometry on human cells. Supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid formulation in a 100-test vial, the IgG reagent enables single-step immunofluorescent staining without a secondary antibody, simplifying multicolor phenotyping panels. The FITC label is excited by the 488 nm blue laser and emits near 519 nm, fitting standard filter sets on most benchtop cytometers.
