Anti-CD5 Antibody [A25-G] - Identical to Novus (NBP1-78994)

This rabbit monoclonal antibody, clone A25-G, is supplied by Antibodies.com and targets CD5. It is of the IgG isotype and is provided unconjugated in liquid form. The reagent is reactive with human samples and is validated for immunohistochemistry applications on both paraffin-embedded (IHC-P) and frozen (IHC-Fr) tissue sections.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human CD5, and the antibody recognizes an epitope located between Ser447 and Ala467. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. The recommended dilution range for IHC is 1:100–1:200, and the product should be stored at 4°C.
