Anti-CD5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against CD5, supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and belongs to the IgG isotype class. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 158–371 of human CD5 (NP_055022.2), and the target migrates at 65 kDa. The product is provided in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
