Anti-CD47 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against CD47, supplied as a liquid. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 224-323 of human CD47 (NP_001768.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 47 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
