Anti-CD46 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175397)

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets CD46 and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Supplied as a liquid reagent with an IgG isotype, it has been validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF, with recommended dilutions of 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is affinity purified and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 40-320 of human CD46 (NP_722548.1).
