Description
From Antibodies.com, this is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CD46. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human and Rat samples.
The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human CD46, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of CD46 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with a stated molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa.
Purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody is reported at greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE.
