Anti-CD45 Antibody [E19-G] - Identical to Novus (NBP1-30145)

A rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com directed against CD45. The clone [E19-G] is raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human CD45 and recognises the epitope located between Glu1277 and Val1292. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Tris-buffered saline (pH 8.0) containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype.

Validated for use on human samples in immunohistochemistry on both paraffin-embedded (IHC-P) and frozen (IHC-Fr) tissue sections. Recommended starting dilutions for IHC range from 1:100 to 1:1,000. The product should be stored at 4°C.
