Anti-CD44 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com as a research-grade reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antiserum was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 734–738 (Q-N-V-D-M) of human CD44, then affinity-purified on an epitope-specific column to isolate immunoglobulin reactive with the native target. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, the preparation is unconjugated and contains no extraneous reporter, leaving it ready for downstream labelling with a secondary antibody of the user's choice. The host species is Rabbit, the clonality is Polyclonal, and the conjugate is Unconjugated, with reactivity validated for Human samples.
