Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD44, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human and mouse samples.
The immunogen used is recombinant full length human CD44, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CD44 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The observed molecular weight is approximately 80 kDa.
The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
