Anti-CD44 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20-178 of CD44 (NP_000601.3), and it reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The target protein has a molecular weight of 82 kDa.
