Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against the CD42c target and supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody detects endogenous levels of CD42c protein and was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human CD42c as immunogen. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 22 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
