A primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone #A10787) directed against CD4. It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and has been validated for reactivity with human samples. The antibody is recommended for use in western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.
The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant protein corresponding to human CD4. For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
