Anti-CD4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CD4, supplied unconjugated as a liquid by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide taken within amino acid region 270-320 of the human CD4 protein, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot, ELISA and immunoprecipitation, and reacts with human, monkey and mouse samples. One scientific validation image is provided.

The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in a proprietary buffer (pH 7.4-7.8) containing 30% glycerol and 0.5% BSA, at a concentration of 0.55-0.75 µg/µL. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are 1:10,000 for DB, 1:10,000 for ELISA, 1:150 for immunoprecipitation and 1:500 for Western blot.
