Anti-CD4 (10H8) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody targets CD4 (clone 10H8) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in Mouse and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Specificity: the CD4 (10H8) monoclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of CD4 protein. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids of Human CD4. The antibody was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa.
