Anti-CD3G Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CD3G, validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reactive with human samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23-116 of human CD3G (NP_000064.1). It is affinity purified, with a reported molecular weight range of 18 - 28 kDa. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500-1:1,000. Samples are shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
