Anti-CD3EAP (E474) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CD3EAP and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 451–500 of Human CD3EAP, detecting endogenous levels of CD3EAP protein.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
