Anti-CD3E Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting CD3E and validated for Western blot (WB) workflows. It is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent was generated by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide–KLH conjugate, using an immunogen corresponding to a peptide sequence around amino acids 197–201 (D-L-Y-S-G) of human CD3E. Antibodies were purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide, and the product detects the endogenous level of total CD3E protein.

Provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg² and Ca²) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. On receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
