CD39, also known as ENTPD1, is a membrane-bound ectonucleotidase that converts extracellular ATP and ADP to AMP, shaping purinergic signaling in lymphocytes, endothelial cells, and tumor-resident populations. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is produced in Rabbit and recognizes the human CD39 antigen, with cross-reactivity demonstrated in Mouse and Rat samples as well.
Validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows, the unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 100 µl volume that supports many replicate membranes or standard microplate immunoassays. Researchers working on regulatory T cell phenotyping, tumor microenvironment profiling, vascular inflammation models, and studies of T cell exhaustion can integrate the reagent into HRP-, chemiluminescent-, or alkaline phosphatase-based detection pipelines. The polyclonal format offers broad epitope coverage of the CD39 ectodomain, which is useful when studying full-length ENTPD1 expression rather than a single linear epitope.
