Anti-CD38 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting CD38, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 46–300 of human CD38 (NP_001766.2). The antibody is provided as a liquid preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein migrates at approximately 42 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
