Anti-CD38 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is generated in rabbit and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 181-300 of human CD38 (NP_001766.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 45 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
