Anti-CD37 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against human CD37, a tetraspanin family member also known as TSPAN26. The antiserum is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human CD37, then purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to ensure selective recognition of endogenous levels of CD37 protein. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated antibody is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications and reacts with human samples. Each lot is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
