Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CD36. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified.
It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, with a recommended dilution of 1:500-1:1,000. The observed molecular weight range is 70 - 110 kDa.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 30-439 of human CD36/SR-B3 (NP_000063.2). The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
