Anti-CD34 (L257) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the CD34 target and is classified as a Primary Antibody. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 225-270 of Human CD34, detecting endogenous levels of CD34 protein. It is reactive with Human and Rat samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approx. pH 7.2. It has a molecular weight of ~ 41 kDa and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
