Anti-CD34 Antibody [Q19-E]

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone Q19-E) raised against the CD34 target. The reagent is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated preparation of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human samples. Its immunogen is a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human CD34, and the antibody recognises the epitope located between Ala367 and Leu385.

It is validated for use in immunohistochemistry on paraffin and frozen sections (IHC-P and IHC-Fr), with a recommended working dilution range of 1:100–1:200 for IHC. The product is supplied in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 8.0) containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and should be stored at 4°C.
