CD34 is a transmembrane sialomucin glycoprotein that serves as a hallmark cell-surface marker for hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and for vascular endothelial cells. The Antibodies.com rabbit monoclonal antibody to CD34 provides a specific reagent for probing this antigen, supporting work in stem cell biology, vascular biology, and tumor angiogenesis research.

Supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated rabbit IgG, the reagent is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation, giving a single primary antibody that can be paired with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies for the detection chemistry of the user's choice. It recognizes CD34 in human, mouse, rat, and canine samples, enabling cross-species comparative studies in tissue staining and protein-level analysis. For short-term use, store at 4 °C; for longer-term storage, aliquot and freeze to limit freeze-thaw cycles. For research use only.
