The Antibodies.com anti-CD34 polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied as a liquid formulation at 100 µg per vial, validated for western blot and immunocytochemistry workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples.

CD34 is a roughly 110 kDa transmembrane sialomucin expressed on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, vascular endothelium, and a subset of mesenchymal stromal cells. Investigators apply this reagent to characterize stem cell enrichment, to map endothelial networks in tumor vascularization studies, and to profile bone marrow or cord blood preparations for early hematopoietic lineages. The unconjugated IgG format supports flexible pairing with HRP, biotin, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies, while the polyclonal pool recognizes multiple epitopes on the target.

For western blot, separate reduced samples and probe around the expected 110 kDa band; for immunocytochemistry on cultured cells, fix in 4% paraformaldehyde, permeabilize, then block before primary incubation. Aliquot on receipt and store at -20 degrees C, limiting freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
