CD34 is a transmembrane sialomucin glycoprotein widely used as a surface marker for hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells in bone marrow, peripheral blood, and cord blood, and it serves as an endothelial marker in studies of vascular biology and angiogenesis.
This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 50 µL vial in TBS buffer (pH 7.4) containing 1% BSA and 40% glycerol, with 0.05% sodium azide as preservative.
The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry workflows, and it cross-reacts with human, mouse, rat, and dog samples, supporting stem cell isolation experiments, vascular tissue staining, tumor angiogenesis studies, and characterization of CD34-positive progenitor populations in transplantation and regenerative medicine research.
The antibody is intended for research use only and should be stored refrigerated to preserve activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
