This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent specific for CD33. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 49–259 of human SIGLEC3/CD33 (NP_001763.3), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for both immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF.
