CD328, also known as Siglec-7, is an inhibitory sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin expressed predominantly on natural killer cells, monocytes, and select T-cell subsets, where it engages α2,3- and α2,6-linked sialic acids on neighboring glycoproteins to modulate innate immune responses. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human CD328 antigen and is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum.

The antibody is validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows, supporting immunoblot detection of Siglec-7 in immune cell lysates and quantitative ELISA assessment of recombinant or transfected cell-line samples. Researchers investigating NK cell receptor biology, siglec-mediated inhibitory signaling, and tumor-associated sialoglycan-driven immune evasion use anti-CD328 reagents to profile receptor expression across immune populations and to characterize ligand interactions in primary immune cells and in vitro NK cell models.

Because the product is unconjugated, it can be paired with user-selected HRP conjugates, biotinylated secondary reagents, or fluorescent tags depending on assay design, making it a flexible reagent for both Western blot and ELISA-based detection of human Siglec-7.
