Anti-CD320 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is an unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent raised against CD320, also referred to as TCblR. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 36–229 of human CD320 (NP_057663.1), and the antibody has been affinity purified.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 58–70 kDa. For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:200–1:2,000 is indicated. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
