Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CD32-C, offered by Antibodies.com for use in Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of CD32-C protein in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 278-323 of Human CD32-C. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
Purified to > 95% (by SDS-PAGE), the antibody recognises a target with a molecular weight of ~ 36 kDa.
