Anti-CD32-C Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against the CD32-C isoform, the type C variant of the low-affinity IgG Fc receptor (FcγRII) encoded by FCGR2C. CD32-C participates in immune complex clearance and contributes to antibody-mediated cellular functions in myeloid lineages, making the antibody a useful probe for studies of Fc receptor biology and B-cell activity in immune signalling pathways.

Validated for Western blot workflows, the antibody cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and can be used to detect endogenous CD32-C expression in cell lysates and tissue homogenates. It is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes on the CD32-C target, which can support detection of the protein under varying sample and lysate conditions.
