Anti-CD32-B (phospho-Y292) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CD32-B phosphorylated at Tyrosine 292. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human CD32-B around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 292. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of CD32-B protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr292. It is supplied as 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~40 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
