Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal antibody that specifically recognizes CD32-B phosphorylated at tyrosine 292 (phospho-Y292), this unconjugated reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) detection and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative immunoblotting studies across species in cell signaling and immunology research.

CD32-B corresponds to the low-affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor II-B (FcγRIIb), encoded by the FCGR2B gene. Tyrosine 292 lies within the immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) of the cytoplasmic domain, and its phosphorylation is widely used as a read-out of inhibitory receptor engagement downstream of B-cell receptor and Fc receptor signaling. Polyclonal recognition of the phospho-Y292 epitope enables detection of the modified receptor in cell and tissue lysates prepared under standard lysis conditions used for phosphoprotein analysis.

Provided in a liquid vial format, the antibody is intended for direct dilution into standard immunoblotting workflows following SDS-PAGE separation and transfer to nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes. Aliquot upon receipt to limit freeze-thaw cycles and store frozen in working volumes to preserve phospho-specific binding activity. The included sodium azide serves as a preservative and is generally compatible with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies used in Western Blotting.
