Anti-CD32 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets CD32 (FcγRII), a low-affinity immunoglobulin G Fc receptor expressed across a range of immune cell lineages. The affinity-purified antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human CD32 surrounding the non-phosphorylation site of tyrosine292, and it is qualified to detect endogenous levels of the protein in samples from human, mouse, and rat origins. Supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and ships ready for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. To preserve activity and prevent loss of titre from repeated freeze–thaw cycling, vials should be stored at –20 °C until first use, then handled on ice for short-term applications.
