The CD314 antigen, also known as NKG2D (Natural Killer Group 2 member D), is a type II transmembrane activating receptor expressed on natural killer cells, CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes, and subsets of NKT and γδ T cells. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com binds the human CD314 target and is supplied as an unconjugated reagent in a 100 µl vial, ready for direct labeling or use in secondary-detection workflows.

Raised in rabbit against the human CD314 immunogen, the polyclonal reagent recognizes the native receptor as it is presented on lymphoid cell membranes, supporting studies of innate immune surveillance, tumor recognition, and stress-induced ligand engagement through MICA, MICB, and ULBP family members. Validation covers Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, allowing detection of the receptor in cell lysates and in formalin-fixed tissue sections.

The unconjugated format gives researchers flexibility to pair the antibody with their preferred HRP, biotin, or fluorophore conjugates, and the polyclonal nature provides multiple epitope recognition sites per target. Store refrigerated at 4°C for short-term use; for longer-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C to preserve activity across limited freeze-thaw cycles. The reagent is intended for research use only.
