Anti-CD31 Antibody

An affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CD31 and is raised in rabbit. This unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA applications, and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The reagent was generated against a synthesised peptide derived from human CD31 around the non-phosphorylation site of Y713, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CD31 protein. It is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
