Sourced from Antibodies.com, this research-grade reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against human CD300c (also known as CMRF-35, CMRF35-A1, CLM-6, IGSF16, or LIR), and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, using a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human CD300c as immunogen. It is provided unconjugated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4°C; for long-term stability it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. In validation work it is recommended for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples, making it well-suited to studies of the CD300 antigen-like family. The polyclonal format gives broad epitope coverage for detecting endogenous levels of CD300c protein, while the unconjugated presentation allows researchers to pair it with their preferred secondary detection reagents and label of choice. Intended strictly for research use, the product is not validated for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, and is dispatched from St. Louis, MO with a typical lead time of 6–9 business days.
