CD30 ligand (CD30-L), also known as CD153 or TNFSF8, is a type II transmembrane protein of the tumour necrosis factor superfamily that engages CD30 on activated lymphocytes. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against human CD30-L and is provided as 100 µl of antibody. It is validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows on human samples, supporting studies of the CD30/CD30-L co-stimulatory pathway in Hodgkin lymphoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma, and T-cell activation research.

Because the reagent is unconjugated, it pairs with a secondary antibody of the researcher's choice for chemiluminescent, colorimetric, or fluorescent detection. The polyclonal format offers recognition of multiple epitopes on the CD30-L extracellular region, which can be useful when a single monoclonal clone gives weak signal. Host species is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal, and the declared reactivity is restricted to human CD30-L.

This primary antibody fits expression-profiling and immunohistochemistry-style studies where the CD30/CD30-L axis is being mapped, and it can be combined with anti-CD30 reagents for two-colour or pathway co-localisation experiments.
