Anti-CD3 epsilon Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the CD3 epsilon target. It is unconjugated and validated for ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB) applications.

The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, has been affinity purified, and is supplied as a liquid in a proprietary buffer at pH 7.4–7.8 containing 30% glycerol and 0.5% BSA at a concentration of 0.60–0.68 µg/µL. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a mid-region unique amino acid sequence on the CD3 epsilon protein.

Recommended dilutions are 1:2,000 for DB and ELISA, and 1:500–1:1,000 for Western Blot. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
