From Antibodies.com, this rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone N26-R) is raised against CD3 and is validated for IHC-P and IHC-Fr applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human samples and is supplied as a liquid prepared in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the cytoplasmic, C-terminal region of the human CD3-epsilon chain, and the antibody recognizes the epitope located between Lys156 and Glu178. Recommended IHC dilution range is 1:100–1:200, and the manufacturer recommends storage at 4°C.
