Anti-CD3 Antibody [JXT3]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal antibody (clone JXT3) is raised against human peripheral T lymphocytes and recognises the CD3 antigen on peripheral blood T cells. It is of the IgG2a isotype and supplied unconjugated in lyophilised form.

Validated for immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) and reactive with human samples, the antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. It is reconstituted with double distilled water, with final concentration being reconstitution dependent.
