Anti-CD3 ζ Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CD3 ζ, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against recombinant full length Human CD3 ζ as the immunogen, and the polyclonal reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of CD3 ζ protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 20 kDa, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype.
