Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD2AP, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The reagent is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

The target, CD2AP, is detected in human, mouse and rat samples, with validation for Western blot (WB). The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 360-639 of human CD2AP (NP_036252.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 90 kDa.

Formulation details include Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Purification is by affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
