Supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated antibody is designed to detect endogenous levels of CD294 in both human and mouse samples. The polyclonal antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, supporting clean band resolution and reliable signal in WB and ELISA workflows. For handling and storage, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
