Anti-CD284 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against CD284 (also known as Toll-like receptor 4 / TLR4) and is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The reagent is unconjugated and detects endogenous levels of CD284, having been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography using a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of the human protein as immunogen. It is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with both Human and Mouse samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
