CD276 (also called B7-H3) is a member of the B7 family of immune checkpoint molecules, originally identified as a costimulatory regulator of T-cell activation and now widely studied for its role in tumor immune evasion. This unconjugated, rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against human, mouse, and rat CD276 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as 100 µl of affinity-purified antibody in a single vial.

The antibody is validated for western blot detection of CD276 in cell and tissue lysates from the listed species and is also compatible with ELISA-based protocols for antigen quantitation or plate-coating assays. Polyclonal reactivity broadens epitope coverage, which is helpful when probing conformational determinants or splice variants of CD276 that a single monoclonal may not capture. Investigators working on glioblastoma, ovarian carcinoma, prostate cancer, and pediatric neuroblastoma routinely rely on B7-H3 immunodetection because the antigen is overexpressed on malignant tissue but largely absent from most normal adult epithelia, making it a relevant marker for antibody-drug conjugate, bispecific, and CAR-T development programs.

Each lot is shipped as a liquid aliquot that should be stored refrigerated upon arrival; for long-term use, divide the reagent into smaller working aliquots and freeze to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The unconjugated format leaves the choice of detection chemistry to the end user, supporting chromogenic western blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunohistochemistry workflows where a species-matched secondary reagent is preferred.
