Anti-CD274 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PD-L1 (also known as CD274). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of human PD-L1/CD274 (NP_054862.1). The unconjugated IgG reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Recommended applications are Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 40–50 kDa. Suggested working dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
