Anti-CD27 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the CD27 antigen, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, packaged as a 100 µl volume. CD27 is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily expressed on subsets of T cells, B cells, NK cells, and hematopoietic stem cells, where it delivers co-stimulatory signals that support T cell expansion and the formation of memory lymphocytes.
